Meet @ 7PM inside The Scent Queens Candle Company & Apothecary Shoppe and at 7:15PM, we will be escorted to The Secret Parlor. BYOB "Ghouls & Girlies" Oct. group discussion will examine crime scene Bloodstain Pattern Analysis—history since 1895, biology/physics/mathematics, court cases, & acceptance in the US judicial system vs. debunking from science academies. We’re honored that Scent Queens is providing us with their second floor Secret Parlor space--a private multiple-room Victorian setting. Each corner is layered with dark elegance, witchy whispers, & the kind of atmosphere that makes you feel you have stepped back in time. Below the bio of Girls and Girlies will be resources to use to prepare for our bloodstain pattern analysis group talk. Please examine a few of these ahead of time. Here is a bio of who we are: Are you a girlie obsessed with ghosts, aliens, true crime, cryptids, & anything else eerie or spooky? Do you crave new like-minded friends to accompany you in a deep dive into your favorite creepy topics & share the cozy, warm feeling of a terrifying horror film? Our group began in Oct. 2023. We meet every first Thursday of the month from 7-9pm to discuss topics like true crime, a trilogy of horror movies, a gothic fiction novel title, personal experiences and beliefs about spirits, historical sightings of Mothman or the Loch Ness Monster, etc. We also organize extra events, like going to the movies, listening to a live lecture expert, haunted tours. We are LGBTQ-inclusive. We welcome anyone female/femme/trans/non-binary of age 21+. Pls. feel free to ask your host Jen of any questions. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bloodstain_pattern_analysis The 13 Most Famous Criminal Cases Solved By Forensic Science Bloodstain Forensics Smithsonian Bloodstain Forensics #390 Wrongful Conviction: Junk Science - Bloodstain Pattern Evidence - Wrongful Conviction | Podcast on Spotify
