Come join us for yoga, breathwork, and community! All levels are welcome. This is a great event for you if you're interested in: -Stress relief and relaxation -Greater connection with yourself -Strengthening your mind and body -Meeting new people and building connection Please wear comfortable athletic clothes, and bring a yoga mat + water. I will have extra mats if you need to borrow one.
