This is more than your basic Pilates class- it’s a moment to reconnect with your body, your spirit, and the Earth beneath you. There’ll also be a picnic after- sign up for both for an amazing Friday night double! 💪🏼 What to Bring: Bring your own mat, blanket, towel, or anything else that brings you comfort and ease during movement and relaxation. Cost: This session is donation-based, with a $10 minimum and a $40 suggested donation. Give what feels aligned and generous for you. Come as you are, and leave feeling grounded, nourished, and alive.
