description: Queer and trans led social run and walk. All paces, people welcome 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️ 📍Location: Meet on the concrete slabs on the lakeside (east) of Montrose Bird Sanctuary. We will send an exact pin in the chat prior to meeting. Look for our blow up unicorn float, Stacy 🦄 ⏰ With sunset happening earlier, we will start the run/walk promptly at 6:40pm, to provide enough time for runners/walkers to return for sunset. Please arrive early to check in. Late arrivals are welcome to still come for the lake hangs afterwards if you can’t make the run or walk. what to know: ✨ 3 mile run or 1 mile run/walk options ranging from 8:30-14 minute mile pace ✨ s’mores, music, and drinks after on the slabs after (feel free to BYO bev or snack to share as well) ✨ optional lake jump after run/walk! we are not lifeguards, so swim at your own risk. Floaties/water noodles/tubes encouraged ✨ BYO towel and dry clothes for after. We will have someone hang back to watch the goods 🤝 Please note: If attending our events, you consent to photos being taken and used for social media promotion; please let a leader know if you prefer not to be photographed.
