We’ll begin by sipping ceremonial cacao, an ancient plant medicine known for its ability to soften the heart and deepen connection. From there, we’ll move into somatic yoga which includes flowing, breathing, dancing, and releasing sounds to awaken the body’s wisdom and invite all parts of ourselves to be felt and expressed. This is a space to let go of what you’ve been carrying, reconnect with your authentic self, and be held in the warmth of community. No experience is needed! Come as you are 🤍
