description: Join yoga teacher and artist Kallayah (aka Lee sunshine @loveleebeing on insta/tiktok) in her thesis yoga class : A sacral chakra & collage workshop focused on connecting to the creative aspects of self. We’ll do a rejuvenating yoga flow specifically tailored to awaken and balance your sacral chakra, the energy center associated with creativity, passion, and emotional well-being. This workshop explores how yoga can be a powerful tool to release blockages and allow your creative energy to flow freely. Through guided movement, breathwork, and mindfulness, you'll tap into a deeper sense of self-expression and unlock new sources of inspiration. Following the yoga session, participants will have the opportunity to translate their experience into a tangible art form by creating their own personalized collage. Using a variety of materials and guided prompts, you'll craft a visual representation of your experience that day, inspired by the insights and sensations that arose during the practice. This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to enhance their creative flow, explore their inner artist, and cultivate a deeper connection to their authentic self. All collage materials are provided, bring your mat and journal if you have one. There will also be free mats to borrow at the studio. Tea will be served as well :) Following the workshop and craft time there will be a free clothing and book swap from 12:30-2pm in the same location! Come for one or stay for both💚🤗
