description: We know things have been heavy. With fear, grief, and uncertainty rising, this healing circle is a space for women to pause, breathe, and be held in community. Whether you’ve been directly impacted by ICE raids or are holding the weight for others, this space is for you. 🕯️ Join us for a collective healing experience, where we’ll: • Begin with grounding + breathwork led by Jennifer Solarte • Receive legal updates from Immigration Attorney Claudia Casas • Learn coping tools + support strategies from Dr. Xiomara Cervantes-Gómez • Reflect, share stories, or simply listen • Close with affirmations, resources, and renewed connection You don’t need to have the words. You don’t need to be “okay.” Just come as you are. ⸻ Meet the Facilitators: Jennifer Solarte – Founder of &Rise, Jennifer creates healing-centered spaces for women who’ve faced trauma. A survivor herself, she brings deep empathy, trauma-informed care, and tools like EFT tapping to support emotional well-being. Claudia Casas – A trauma-informed immigration attorney and founder of Casas Immigration, Claudia advocates for survivors and immigrant families through VAWA, U visas, and removal defense—always rooted in dignity and compassion. Dr. Xiomara Cervantes-Gómez – Founder of Xritica, Dr. Xiomara merges abolitionist social work with intersectional healing to support BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities navigating institutional harm and trauma.
