What You’ll Experience: Grounding meditation to arrive and align together. Group walk, Solo Wandering, and Meditative Listening creating space for messages and insights from the land, trees, and birds. Discussion and insight-sharing with the group. We grow together! Time to explore wooded trails, reflect deeply, and build community away from the bustle of life.
